For Suppliers & Sellers (Selling with BNLPLUS)

BNLPLUS operates as a European marketplace integration and distribution platform. The following policies apply to all suppliers, brands, and manufacturers working with BNLPLUS.

Consignment-Based Sales Model
Products listed through BNLPLUS are offered under a consignment agreement, unless otherwise contractually agreed. Ownership conditions and commercial terms are defined within the supplier agreement.

Product Compliance & Import Requirements
All products must fully comply with European Union regulations. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All required import permits and sales authorizations are obtained in advance

  • Products meet EU safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Products are legally allowed to be sold in the target European markets

Labeling & Documentation
Product labels must be compliant with EU regulations, including required languages, ingredient lists, warnings, and certifications where applicable. Suppliers must provide accurate product documentation upon request.

Unsold Products
Costs related to unsold products, including storage, return, or destruction (disposal), are borne by the supplier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Marketing & Advertising Contributions
Any additional marketing or advertising budgets agreed with the supplier may be allocated across multiple marketplaces. Distribution of these budgets is determined based on marketplace size, reach, and performance potential.

Logistics & Fulfillment
Fulfillment models may vary depending on the marketplace and country. Suppliers must comply with the agreed logistics and fulfillment framework defined by BNLPLUS.

Product Listings & Content
BNLPLUS reserves the right to optimize, adapt, or localize product listings to meet marketplace standards and improve performance.

Performance & Availability
Suppliers are expected to maintain accurate stock availability, competitive pricing, and consistent product quality to ensure optimal marketplace performance.

Right of Refusal
BNLPLUS reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove products that do not meet regulatory, quality, or commercial requirements.
